Celebrate your child's special day in a sweet and creative way with our weekend birthday parties at Chamberlain's! Here's what you can look forward to when you choose us for your child's birthday celebration:

The festivities kick off with an engaging and informative introduction to the world of chocolate. There's so much to discover and explore!
Following the chocolate introduction, it's time for a delightful tasting experience with three different types of Chamberlain's chocolate.
Now, the real fun begins as we transform your guests into chocolatiers! We've set up everything you need for everyone to craft their own chocolate masterpieces. Each child will make all of the following:
- Chocolate Lollipop
- Chocolate Pizza
- A Fun Small Chocolate Shape (chosen by the birthday child)
- Chocolate Dipped and Sprinkled Oreo®️
- Chamberlain's S'More
We'll flash freeze them and provide a numbered system for easy retrieval. Each child will take home their handcrafted chocolate treasures to enjoy later.
As the chocolate-making excitement winds down, it's time to enjoy your own food and dessert during the final 30 minutes of the party. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not allowed at kids' events. We provide an ice cream cup for each young chocolatier, pitchers of water and lemonade, and small plates, forks, small cups, and napkins for each chocolate maker for dessert. Traditional candles are fine for the cake, but no sparklers please.

Our event space is available for up to 40 kids.

PARENTS: There are 8 chairs available in the back of the event space for parents who wish to stay. We also have some seats available in our lobby. We provide a cart for your gifts, and a utility cart to transport items to/from your vehicle. At least one adult parent of the children involved is to remain in the party room during the event.

Video and/or audio may be taken during the last 30 minutes of your event, during your celebration only; not during the presentation. Still photos are encouraged to share! There are no peanuts or peanut products allowed in our building.

TIME: Birthday Parties are held on Friday evenings and Saturdays. Each party is 90 minutes long. If you are interested in purchasing additional time, please give us a call as we may be able to accommodate.

PRICE: Pricing starts at $320 for the first 8 chocolatiers, plus $20 for each additional chocolate maker. A 15% service charge will be added for parties 12 and over. There is a non-refundable deposit of $100

All chocolate makers must be age 5 or older. We have both Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available. Please note we do not have sugar-free chocolate. You’re welcome to come and set up your gifts or food or decorations up to 15 minutes prior to the event. No peanuts or peanut products are allowed.

Special Instructions: At Chamberlain's we respect your time, and ask you to help us stay on schedule for all our guests. Please make sure you and your guests are ready to start the party on time. Please ask guests to arrive prior to the party starting. The party ends promptly 90 minutes after the start time. If you would like to setup your cake, etc. we welcome you to come to the event space 15 minutes ahead of the start time. If you would like to purchase additional time, we may be able to arrange that. Please call us at least two weeks ahead of your party date to inquire.

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel, and refund a reservation at least 30 days prior to the event. At that time, we will definitely notify you.

FAQs

We do have some seating available for parents in the room, depending on the number of participants making chocolate. We also have seating in our lobby area for those parents who would like to wait. Typically parent hosts of the party will have this as a "drop-off" for the 90 minute party. However, we understand some parents may want to stay here while their child is attending the event.

The last 30 minutes of your birthday party are for you to celebrate as you wish. We suggest cake, cupcakes, pizza, sandwiches, etc.

If you will be having food delivered, we suggest having it delivered just before the last 30 minutes of the event. We just butter be brought into the room. ask that no peanuts or peanut

*If you would like to purchase additional time for this part of your celebration beyond the 30 minutes, please call for availability to extend your event time by 30 minutes or 1 hour.
