I can not rave enough about how incredible our Preschool experience was with Chamberlain's Chocolate Factory! They knew how to handle and cater all ages (one year-olds to 5 year-olds!). They were passionate, understood early childhood, the most kind, super organized and clean, and willing to try something new with our school! This will be a yearly event now on our calendars for our Preschool program. We absolutely LOVED it!

My wife and I took our two granddaughters to the chocolate making class on Saturday evening. We all loved it! It is a perfect mix of chocolate information and chocolate making. We were all proud of what we made and had a very good time.

Chamberlain's Chocolates are delicious! The chocolate is creamy and richly flavored, and I love the truffles. The store staff are always super friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my happy places.

It was a great experience celebrating b’day of my daughter. She and her friends had lots of fun making chocolate. Christy kept them engaged and managed kids really well!

ABOVE AND BEYOND! I live in Denver and wanted to have some birthday balloons delivered to my friend at a hotel in Alpharetta. I was trying figure it out through UberEats or a local floral shop... Chamberlain's came up in my UberEats search (so they could deliver it) but they were closing soon. So I called to see if they could squeez me in - ONE HOUR before they closed. I spoke to Joe and explained I could order through UberEats - and he took it from there. Within 10 min he had my order, I added their most popular box of chocolates (which was a must once he told me they are the oldest chocolate shop in GA - 28 years!!), paid for delivery with them and within the hour they were delivered. I mean come on. People like Joe and companies like Chamberlain's are a rarity these days. Extraordinary experience. Thanks for making it so very easy and fast!

I went to Chamberlain's for their monthly giant chocolate-bar making class with a close friend in November 2024 and would definitely recommend this to chocolate lovers of all ages! It was informative, engaging, and delicious! The class was a perfect length at 90 minutes and included bonus chocolate-covered strawberries. The hardest part was trying not to eat everything before I got home! Great experience, would recommend & return. December 2024 update: I also hosted a private corporate event at Chamberlain's to celebrate the holidays with a client which was met with rave reviews. Everyone had a blast and was learning & laughing the entire evening.

Love this place My family went and did a chocolate making class and not only fun but learned about chocolate. Love this place. Definitely recommend this wonderful shop. PS They are fantastic people!!

I ordered a fruit bouquet for a co-worker but had the wrong address. Joe and Christy personally reached out to me late in the evening to get the correct address so they could make sure the delivery was received when promised. They went way out of their way to make this happen and I cannot thank them enough for their care, kindness, and personal touch. I will be a customer for a very long time. I also just found out they offer vegan chocolate and have classes and fun events. I am so excited to have found this hidden gem💜

Our girl scout troop had an AMAZING time at Chamberlain's chocolate making class! Christy made the class fun, educational and interactive. Not to mention the chocolate is SUPERB! The shop has all sorts of beautifully packed chocolate gifts ready to go for the holiday season...perfect for anyone. We will certainly be going back to Chamberlains!

We went for their chocolate bar event. It was excellent! Everyone (adults and kids) had so much fun. The staff/owners were so sweet and knowledgeable. We had a great time.

Such a fun experience for the whole family! This was our first trip to Chamberlain's where we decorated a chocolate haunted house. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning for another workshop!
